I booked Ownwash for a deep cleaning before moving into an empty house. Unfortunately, I was not fully satisfied with the cleaning and finishing. The team sent for the job consisted of two young boys who didn’t seem diligent or professional enough. They left stains on the kitchen floor and wash basin untouched. Basic areas like switchboards, some wall sections, window grills, lofts, and open shelves were not properly cleaned.

Since I wasn’t present during the cleaning, I had to inspect everything after they called to say they were finished. I pointed out several areas that still needed attention, especially the dust from carpentry and civil work. Although they tried to clean up after I requested, it felt rushed, and the overall job was somewhat shabby.

The only thing I appreciated was their thorough cleaning of the kitchen counter, drawers, and washroom areas, which were done well. I can’t speak much about tile cleaning since everything was newly installed, but it would have been nice if they had put the same level of effort into the rest of the space. I hope Ownwash will improve the quality of their service for future clients.
