Thank you for your interest in becoming a franchisee with OwnWash. Before proceeding with the franchise registration, please carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions. By submitting the franchise registration form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions:
Franchisee Obligations:
1.1. The franchisee must adhere to the business model, standards, and operating procedures set forth by OwnWash.
1.2. The franchisee shall maintain the highest levels of quality and customer service in all aspects of the business.
1.3. The franchisee must use only approved cleaning products and equipment as specified by OwnWash.
Territory and Non-Compete:
2.1. The franchisee will be granted a specific territory for operating the franchise business.
2.2. The franchisee shall not engage in any business activities that directly compete with OwnWash within the designated territory.
Franchise Fee and Payments:
3.1. The franchisee shall pay the initial franchise fee as specified by OwnWash upon signing this agreement.3.2. The franchisee agrees to make monthly marketing payments to OwnWash in the range of 6000-9000 [Currency] per month, as per the terms specified in the franchise agreement.
3.3. All payments made to OwnWash, including the monthly marketing payments, shall be non-refundable.
Training and Support:
4.1. The franchisee and their designated staff shall undergo training provided by OwnWash before commencing operations.
4.2. OwnWash will provide ongoing support, including operational guidance and marketing assistance, throughout the term of the agreement.
Intellectual Property:
5.1. The franchisee acknowledges that all trademarks, logos, and proprietary materials are owned by OwnWash.
5.2. The franchisee shall only use the authorized marketing and promotional materials provided by OwnWash.
Term and Renewal:
6.1. The initial term of the franchise agreement shall be as stated in the agreement.
6.2. The franchisee may have the option to renew the agreement, subject to meeting renewal criteria defined by OwnWash.
Confidentiality:
7.1. The franchisee shall treat all confidential information received from OwnWash as strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third parties.
Termination:
8.1. OwnWash reserves the right to terminate the franchise agreement in the event of a material breach of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
8.2. The franchisee may terminate the agreement by providing written notice to OwnWash, subject to the terms specified in the franchise agreement.
Indemnity:
9.1. The franchisee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless OwnWash, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the franchisee's operations.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
10.1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
10.2. Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Indore.
I have carefully read and understood the terms and conditions outlined above, and I agree to be legally bound by them. I hereby submit my franchise registration form with OwnWash with full knowledge and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
